There are no methods that work perfectly, but starting with the assumption that customers aren't out to be thieves is a good idea. (Threats don't seem to work.) Some places have software that writes personal info on the PDFs--their name prominently on the first page, their account number or credit card number in tiny type on the other pages. This won't stop a truly diligent person, but anyone that diligent could print & then scan anyway. It doesn't keep a person from giving a copy to a good friend, but it does keep them from distributing it to random strangers online. -- "I follow Eris blindly in all things.
