I would recommend Lulu to start with. It's free to set up a basic 
account, it's easy, and it will give you an idea of the eBook 
marketplace and what you need to do to compete. From memory you get to 
keep 80% of the eBook returns (if any) and the same proportion of the 
paper book returns after printing costs are taken out. Recently Amazon 
has started linking to Lulu books, so there is a chance you will get in 
there via the back door. If you still retain your enthusiasm after six 
months or so then you can look around for some more high-powered 
marketing options.

eBay is not where people generally look for eBooks. No reason why they 
shouldn't -- they just don't.
