I am not an author and really just lurk here... However, I thought some knowledge I have might be interesting as it applies to this discussion. The university medical library where I have cataloged monograhps for over 20 yrs, will be purchasing only ebooks in this next year and journals which can be purchased in electronic format will be puchased only in that form although in the past we've purchased both...
