Let's just say, I wouldn't put it on the Kindle without saving that backup
copy. And, it may not open, depending on how their software is written. I
didn't know you could back up to the hard drive, but that's good to know. At
the same time, I still don't like a system that messes with what I've got
saved on my machine.
