Since my original post, I discovered that the ePub of "My Antonia"
does not properly autoload into the Epubreader Firefox add-on when the
link to that ebook at my web site is actuated. Here's the direct link
to version 1.0 of "My Antonia" so you can try it out for yourself:

   http://www.glasspublishing.net/myantonia/myantonia10.epub

Michael Volz, the developer of Epubreader, is mystified as to why
autoload is not working for my ePub since it works for other online
ePub. For example, try this from within Firefox (with the Epubreader
add-on, version 1.1.1, already installed):

   http://www.gutenberg.org/cache/epub/1661/pg1661.epub

(Michael believes it may be in the http header sent from my web host.)

So, in the interim, when you click on the above link to the ePub of
"My Antonia", download the ePub to your computer. Locate the ePub
and then open it in Firefox.
