What this is missing is distribution. I've seen the difference it makes. In
addition to selling on your own site, I'd sell on Amazon DTP and on
Smashwords (which allows it also to sell on Sony and B&N). I MIGHT
additionally choose to sell on Lulu in e-book, though that's last on my
list.
