First you need to learn the difference between POD printers and POD
publishers (stay away from the POD publishers), then visit
http://lightningsource.com

If you only want Amazon distribution visit http://createspace.com (but don't
selection their expanded distribution as they use Lightning Source for this,
so go straight to them).
