Just want to let you all know that the League of Vermont Writers is holding a conference on July 23-25, at the Grand Summit Resort Hotel at Mt. Snow, in West Dover, Vermont. 

Terrific writers from all over New England will conduct workshops and seminars, and agents from Boston and New York City are scheduling one-on-one pitch sessions for fiction and non-fiction books for adults and youth. 

There's a focus on what's happening in the publishing industry with the Internet and electronic and POD publishing coming of age. Also, the biz of writing and marketing yourself.

Best selling author of MIDWIVES and SECRETS OF EDEN, Chris Bohjalian is keynote speaker on Saturday night. Also featured are Archer Mayer, Nancy Means Wright, Philip Baruth, and many more.
