Re: Harris Poll Finds Mysteries, Thrillers Edge Out Romance Novels

From a friend that took the poll, it was skewed to find the results it
did. If a book is cross-genre, for instance, they asked specifically
for you to qualify it as the cross instead of as romance. They only
wanted contemporary romance counted as romance, from what she told me.
Knowing that, I can't take the poll seriously. A better way to do it
would have been to allow you to choose every genre and take that into
account, but that's what they chose to do.
