In many other creative endeavours, all of the people involved are formally 
credited. If there is a need to correct what I agree is a gross misperception, 
why not actually include in the book the complete credits - like movies and 
music do? If all these people are being paid, then there are certainly going to 
be records to draw on to make this straight forward to do.
