And again, you folks are disregarding the newest case law. Breaking DRM to
access ebooks you legally own is NOT against the law, folks.

Thank goodness, I say. It's the only legal move they've made recently that
has made sense to me. DRM is not the issue, as I said when I sent my letter
to copyright noi. It's a smokesceen to the real issue, which is
piracy/infringement. If you break DRM to access what you paid good money
for, who should care? If you further pirate it, THEN throw the book at the
person, for both piracy and breaking DRM, if you want...but not for stipping
DRM on it's own. That's just ridiculous.
