Whether or not everyone agrees with you, it *is* smart.

I've seen it noted other places in other debates that what we 
call copyright would be much more use if we focused on 
*distribution*, and far less on copying. So - go ahead, make 
10,000 copies, electronic, print, whatever. But they are *your* 
copies, not to be distributed.

In the vast majority of cases, it's not the copying that causes 
the problems, it's the distribution.

Strangely, simply calling it "copyright" has probably skewed the 
entire discussion to make it less clear.
