Yes, but that gets expensive. Remember, you have to consider the price of
the ebook and the price of the medium when setting your sale price. That's
assuming you have a publisher/author contract involved, because authors have
to pay a portion to the publisher (if this is even allowed) and publishers
have to pay author and staff royalties on copies sold this way. If you are
self-publishing, just consider the medium and the time investment.

Download cards and/or CDs have nominal cost associated with the medium. Now,
I don't find CDs sell well at all, but download cards do. I priced inscribed
flash drives and found them not cost effective, in comparison. Now, if you
just put the author name/icon on it and not the book, you can change what
you have loaded on it over time and not waste the cards or CDs, which makes
them a little more cost effective, if you're purchasing in bulk. That's
good. And, it's very cost effective, if you're selling whole series of books
on a single flash drive and not single books.
