If I were getting a signed USB memory key with the ebook on it, I would 
consider that a nice premium item -- and, like a hardbound over paperback, it

Ok, I feel stupid asking this, but I'd rather know than risk misunderstanding. 
What's a "download card"?

I did note that inscribed flash drives are more costly "per gigabyte" for the 
smaller sizes, so doing the "multiple books on a stick" feature makes sense. 
Depending on the costing, you could even make it an included premium for 
ordering, say, an entire series at one time.
