[Whether one agrees or disagrees, it is usually worth the time to read Richard Curtis; no less so with this one.  And read the comments for valuable extras, like this from Scott Nicholson: "Frankly, Doctorow jumped the shark several years ago. He seems old-school and uninspired now. “Rebels” don’t write for PW. He’s drunk his own Kool-Ade for too long." And make sure you read Jeff Short. And I particularly like this from Karly Kirkpatrick: "As my husband says, it’s capitalism at its finest.!"]
