Very well put Brenna. I never get answers when I ask those who want to derive freely why they can't do what creatives do and write round it. Even pointing out how that develops the culture doesn't seem to impact. I don't particularly like Disney, for example, myself, but wonder exactly what people think they will do with Mickey Mouse. And, I might add, what they think they can do with Mickey Mouse that tens of thousands of others wouldn't be trying as well!
