Brenna, I was careful. I stopped the Jolie Howard titles sales at FW well prior to signing BN contracts.
They're still listed as not for sale at FW, I checked to be sure.

I never offered the JH titles to or through BN or Lightning Source or any outfit other than FW, yet a search on one the ISBNS I used for the JH titles has turned them up at a wide range of supposedly-legit resellers.

I think there may be a corporate gray (deliberate but deniable errors that make money) market in ebooks and I encourage all publishers to investigate this concept.

The question to ask is: "Who is selling your titles and where are they getting them?"
Is this something EPIC would want to look into?
