Yes. The eLibwise plan had two options...26 checkouts on a license or a time
period where they could lend out as many times as they wanted...one at a
time lends. But it wasn't 10 years. It was a couple of years...two if memory
serves.

And it depends on where the libraries get their books. If a self-publisher
is distributing through a system that HAS a  limit, the limit will be on
their books. Shrug.
