I truly doubt the new FW brass is ignorant of the situation.

Okay, so the phone drones might be ignorant about it. :) They follow scripts. "Try this, if that doesn't work, do that, very sorry, we'll let you know, etc..."

Thought the FW split was better than that. Doesn't matter; they're still losing money by not supporting an existing marketplace properly. Makes no sense to me to buy a multi-million dollar biz and let it rot for lack of maintenance.
Did they only want the customer list for Pubit?
Are they really that stupid?

It should worry every author in the FW lists.
Maybe we should start a new FW group specifically to try to organize a good-sized protest?
If nothing else, it could make a bit of noise and draw some attention to the matter.
