This ranks right up there with the pirate that went off on Silver Publishing
for "releasing her personal information." It seems Silver has a way to embed
the purchaser's name in certain file formats downloaded from their site.
Don't ask me how. That's TOO tech for me, but the software to do it does
exist, and Lodewyk invested in it. Moron purchased the book, didn't even
READ it yet, and loaded it on a "sharing site." It wasn't until several
dozen people had downloaded it that someone mentioned to her that it had her
name embedded in the file. Snort. She yanked it down and went off on a tear
about how Silver did this to her. She was going to sue. She was never going
to purchase from us again...THANKS!

No, darlin'. Had that file stayed on your own machines where it belonged,
your name would never have been out there. Silver didn't release your name
to the population at large. You did THAT to yourself.
