Big thrill to watch the government at work.
They're calling it an 'initiative'.
I call it 'pathetic'.
Glaciers move faster. Most pirates would die of old age before the gov't gets 'em.

Uncomplicated instructions, guys:
Step one: see if you can download even one item of hot stuff.
If you can, flash your badge, trash the site, jail and fine its owner, and fine the ISP heavily.
Step two: repeat step one as rapidly as possible until piracy is too expensive.

The efficient method won't happen, though. Gov'ts aren't even slightly efficient at prosecuting anyone but their critics.
