Reviews sell books.

The best reviews are written by others.
You should submit a news release on your book to help the reviewer focus on the issues.

The best places to have reviews posted are at the bookseller sites such as Amazon.com and B&N.com
and at blogs ON YOUR BOOK’S SUBJECT.
Post to your tribe (where the mine is richest).

Start there.
