Hmmm.  But "Fair Use" applies to the copying and quote of small portions of a work for the purposes of illustrating a scholarly point, for critique, commentary, review, or satire.

Fair Use does not include the wholesale duplication of entire works for the purposes of entertainment.

Fair Use stops at the point where copying portions of the work affects the ability of the copyright owner to market the work, or affects the market value of the work.

Librarians who don't understand what Fair Use is, don't have a leg upon which to stand.
