Lament for the Thunderbirds, by Patricia Shaw Firman [X-posted]

I am trying to track down information on Lament for the Thunderbirds, by 
Patricia Shaw Firman, Vantage Press Inc, 1957.

The vanity press, started 1949, went out of business four years ago. 
Amazon has no copies, new or s/h. It was published before ISBNs.

I have the one chapter that I need for information [Mad Moll and Merry 
Meg: the roaring girl as popular heroine in Elizabethan and Jacobean 
writings] from Oveido University [and it is elsewhere on the net]. But I 
would like to just add the general description of the book - even more 
if possible - in a bibliography.

Does anyone happen to have any information, or know where there might be 
information on this book which, from the chapter I have, is a quality work.
