Looking for a company that can turn a manuscript in Word into an .epub and .mobi

I am looking for a company within the United States that can convert a Word document into an .epub and .mobi. Can any of you recommend a service that can do this and produce a high quality product? I also have approximately 15 photographs that need to be scanned in and several charts that may require some special skills.


Please only recommend a company that you have personally used.
