Apple and family sharing

Apple and family sharing

I came across this a couple of days ago, and have seen one query so far 
on what it means to  the publisher. Anyone have useful information? 
Below is the Apple explanation and terms and conditions link for users. 
First two are UK links - I don't know if the US or other country links 
differ. Looks like another Big Internet Company erosion of Copyright to me.
