Almost the same thing appears if you swap "uk" to "ca" in the url. That's not just a happenstance page, either. You actually get word and spelling changes when you switch from the UK to Canada. uk - "music, films, TV programmes, books and apps" ca - "music, movies, TV shows, books and apps" The feature was directly covered in the iOS 8 launch, so it is present for the US market as well. Apple does NOT tend to do half measures, so it is likely available in other significant markets as well. It also looks like it appears in the page sets for "cn" (China), "jp" (Japan), "in" (India), "br" (Brazil), "id" (Indonesia), and "ng" (Nigeria). It does not show up for "pk" (Pakistan), so it is not universal, even though Apple does have "pk" areas on its site. With those countries, this feature covers more than half of the world population. Either way, this isn't something my family is likely to make use of. Apple iOS devices (iPhones, iPads) are too paternalistic for my requirements. ...
