But Clinton attempted to look proactive and decided, and he certainly succeeded in commanding more respect.

Bush flabs--he is not even pendular, he is merely depleting airspace and timespace and banging our whimpers. Equilibrium makes for easy,, wheedling speeches to excite the nods of the world (thrilling, Georgie), that´s all very well...but the sad thing here is...he, himself, actually seems to believe he is SAYING SOMETHING TO SOME AVAIL.

My eternal commiseration for his fine and proficiently narcoleptic person.

It doesn´t promote any viable action, for beetter or worse, and is simply Bush playing his old lampshade role for the Republican tourniquet in Washington. He has a way with all things lackluster which permits him what in theory should be the assets of a crafty politician ( mainly, saying nothing with persuasive, evocative efficiency), but he is not even convincingly alive..

Clintons' were naturally prettier than Bush's but if the difference is of that great importance, somebody please tell me. You
