[Excellent journal on the continuing evolution and future of the Internet.
The journal is divided into 4 groupings of papers. "The first group of
papers gives a general perspective on important aspects of Internet
evolution, i.e., Internet governance, the standardization process, and
Internet security. Rather than deal with very specific technical topics, the
authors use their expertise and confirmed industrial experience to offer
their point of view on strategic aspects that are crucial for the future of
the Internet. 

The second group of papers deals with the various factors affecting the
relationship between end users and their service providers. These factors
refer to SLAs, Internet pricing, and IPv6.

The third group of papers is dedicated to describing some of the key
services offered today on the Internet, such as live streaming, professional
Web services, video channels delivery, virtual private networks or IP
telephony."

The fourth and last group of papers of this special issue refers to future
prospects in the evolution of the Internet such as user controlled and
managed networks like CA*net 4 --BSA]
