In January 2005, CANARIE started transitioning its mailing lists from
Majordomo 1.94.5 to Mailman 2.1.5. During this transition an error occurred
in the CANARIE News mailing list configuration. On February 2 this error led
to a round of bounced emails being sent to all the recipients. The
configuration error has been corrected and the mail bounce issue resolved. 

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and your patience is
greatly appreciated.
