I can't get there, being in San Francisco. But one thought for Volta:
  
At the rally here yesterday people were surprised and delighted that they
could hear the speakers on a portable radio I brought, through KPFA. The
crowd was so big that many could not hear despite the sound system.

Maybe Volta could broadcast speakers at large events, and tell people they
could bring a radio as one option for listening.
