more diversity radio

Another Update:

After the purchase of a moderately lossy 30 meter audio cable, we are 
now also streaming the webcase of FIRE (Feminist International Radio 
Endeavor), who are also here in Johannesburg streaming. They stream 
their first hour and a half in spanish and the second in english. 
We will be streaming them for the three hours just before our stream, 
so 15:00-18:00 Johannesburg time, 9:00-12:00 EST.

Also, after the 30th we will be following our stream with the PGA stream
from Leiden, NL, which as I understand it will last until midnight.

We have also switched from VBR to a steady 32Kbps stream, in response to 
last night's complaints. (Some of the archives will be 128, though).

We will continue to hang out on irc.indymedia.org #diversity-radio in case 
anyone would like to give us much-appreciated feedback.
