what is a godsquad leader

being leader is not forfeiting a team weekend. You are still team and a very important part of it.
 
I got asked to be a godsquad leader without having been on a weekend being godsquad.
I didn't have a clue other than reading the timetable what was going on despite having done a few weekends(on team).
without the help of people
 like letitia and hugh it would have been an overwhelming job.
With the help of all the ppl on godsquad we got through it despite facing unfair and unplanned for things going wrong.
 
in the past if you couldn't make the whole weekend you were on godsquad and so got the chance to leaarn it that way.
unfortunately now it seems  because of the way you can come and go, noone learns it anymore.
I have a lot of fun doing it even if it does leave one more tired than if you were actually doing the weekend.

p.s. out of curiosity, how is the need for ppl to leave the weekend to vote going to be handled?
