Salaam Alaikum,

I think the mass graves that have been found are evidence enough against
him.  His violent behavior throughout his regime speaks for itself.

On the other hand, I'm quite aware of the U.S government's hypocrisy when
they say that Saddam will be tried for breaking international law without
every seeming to feel worried that anyone will ever try them for the things
they've done.
