exactly. it is not that we don't know how evil saddam is, it is just that we know a) he wasn't an "immediate" threat to u.s. b) didn't posssess wmb c) others like him in the middle east that the u.s. govt considers "friend of freedom," (ariel sharon, saudi royal family, etc etc etc.... )
