this discussion is not getting anywhere good. of course, i never expected to change anyone's mind. everyone is welcome to believe what they want to believe.

as for my motives why i don't want palestine or israel to be singled out, in condemnation or support, i believe all pain is the same, regardless of who it happens to... or who it comes from. it is sickening to me when people (western people, in particular) concentrate on israel because jews have suffered, as it is when people concentrate on palestinians because they are suffering. while both are true, there are many people in the world who suffered and suffer far more greater. and it is very interesting to me, that on both sides, it is almost always ingenuine support. and sadly, both of them (when it happens outside of the immediate people suffering), it is pure anti-semitism.
