No doubt that is the case.  Life is not all about sex and babies.  But it's
possible to think of homosexuals as a third sex, then they may not to be
bound by the general rules for 'heterosexual' people concerning marriage and
what not.  Hence they are relieved of the moral constraints imposed on
heterosexual people.  On that same token, they may also be prohibitted from
having a child, but anywhose.
