re: list problems fixed

Salaams all:

The PMN admin just wanted to apologize for many who have been trying to 
subscribe and were having difficulties (hopefully you should be subscribed 
now).  Also, we apologize to many who had posted long emails that needed to 
be "moderated" before they could be approved for posting.  We were having 
some technical problems but now things should be OK.
