Melody,

In an attempt to both educate myself and to promote some discussion, I would like to ask you some questions regarding the changes you would like to see in the Cryonics industry. If anyone else has something to offer, please feel free to chime in. Let's just try and keep this discussion civil.

In your post you stated that medical professionals would be willing to work in the cryonics industry.  How did you come to this conclusion?

What specialists or skill sets would be needed?  What would their duties be?

Would they be full time employees, contract employees or a mix of the two?

For full time, what would they do during those periods (sometimes months, sometimes years) when there are no patients requiring their services?

For contract, how do you ensure they are available when a case presents itself? How do you make sure they are where they are needed (i.e. case happens in Montana and there are no contractors in the area)?

How much would an approach (using professionals either full time or contract) like this cost?

A final thought. Maybe it would be worth while to write up all your proposed changes into a business plan or a plan of action. That would be an enormous help when prompting for change. You could point to the document and say this is what I want changed, this is how to do it, and this is how much it would cost.
