The foam retains some liquid nitrogen in it, as a sponge, that add to the
cryo capability.
The system I have used was a loan from a gas seller, I have not broken it
for looking at the details.
It seems the exact model is no more in production, yet Cryo Diffusion has a
very similar device on sale.

Sorry it is in french. This peculiar device work only as a liquid nitrogen
sponge it seems.
