*The Mad Man* ( in search of a quotation)

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a quotation from *The Mad Man,* and I hope that someone  
on this list knows the page or chapter where I can find it (I own the  
Kasak edition, but any hint will be helpful).
As far as I remeber from my reading of the novel the quotation goes  
somewhat like this: A nigger pissin' on a nigger. A fuckin' revolutionary  
act.
I need the quotation to support an argument concerning Chip's approach  
towards 1980s black gay acticism and especially towards Joseph Beam's  
slogan "black men loving black men is the revolutionary act of the 1980s"  
that was also taken up in Marlon Riggs's film *Tongues Untied.*
