That's a good question - why the small press? Wesleyan has published many of his books in recent years, so why wasn't Phallos (and the upcoming novel) published by them as well? What is the chance that they will re-publish/publish these books in the near future? I did manage to grab a copy of Phallos for $20. I can't understand why people underline in books. What did you mean when you referred to his novel with Carroll & Graf? Wouldn't that be Dark Reflections?
