If anyone has this book, could you describe the loose erratum sheet to me? Some things I've read suggest it comprises page 170, as if the text of page 170 was mistakenly omitted from the book as published and this erratum contains it. Is this correct, or is the erratum a normal one that simply lists errors? Thank you.
