Dear All

Following my message concerning my book on Russian painting being on sale
at the moment (see below), many of you let me know that you had problems
ordering by credit card from Oxford University Press's Autumn Sale Website.
I followed this up and apparently the problem has now been fixed, so do
order by the deadline of 30th November if you are interested. OUP's
message follows.

Best wishes
Rosalind Polly Blakesley

Dear Rosalind,
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused to you as a result
of problems with the OUP website.

This same issue of problems with the start date field has been raised by a
number of customers and as a result we have investigated and resolved the
issue [or at least we hope so].

Would you please let us know if you continue to encounter this or any other
issues with the OUP Online Shopping Basket.

Your patience is very much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Jonathan Harrison
