Special Session at CAA Conference, Atlanta

Dear SHERA members
CAA offers us a 1.5 hour slot at the annual conference to have a session
devoted to our region.
The deadline for reserving a slot is next Friday, July 16 and the schedule
can follow in early August.

There is a bit of a rush since I instructed CAA to send the announcement
directly to everyone on the list, but apparently it did not go out.

Usually there is a chair and 3 speakers, who speak for 20 minutes, although
other formats are allowed.
If you are interested in organizing a 1.5 hour session, please contact me
so we can reserve the slot, then you can put out a call for papers on the
SHERA list and other lists.

I'll forward more information to anyone interested in organizing a panel.
