Dear SHERA and CAA members:

The president and director of CAA asked us to share with you the first
draft of the 2015-2020 Strategic Plan. The strategic plan sets the
direction of the Association and guides the programs, publications and
activities of the directors, staff and committees. This draft is the result
of a membership survey, interviews with leaders of related associations,
several meetings of the Task Force on the Plan, a special retreat at the
Clark Research Institute with the Clark fellows and the CAA directors as
well as a day-long retreat for the directors.

Before the draft is presented at the Annual Members Business Meeting at the
Chicago conference on Friday, February 14 at 5:30 pm, for comments we would
like to hear your suggestions for the future of CAA.

Would you please look at this draft and forward your comments by February 5
th to Vanessa Jalet [email protected]?

After this draft is commented on and revised it will be presented along
with a five-year financial projection to the Board of Directors for their
approval.

Thank you for your cooperation.
