SAHARA Migrates to New Platform in February

	

SAHARA will be migrating to ARTstor's Shared Shelf system this month. How
will your access to SAHARA be affected during the migration? 

*	You will still be able to view, search, and download images
throughout the migration. 
*	For a short time, you will not be able to upload images to SAHARA.
>From Friday, February 13, 9 p.m. Eastern time, to Monday, March 2, 9 a.m.
Eastern time, the SAHARA contribution tools will be unavailable, and you
will not be able to add new records. 
*	On Monday, March 9, SAHARA will once again be fully functional, with
a new custom-designed SAHARA homepage and ARTstor's Shared Shelf software
managing SAH's image archive from this point forward. 

Stay tuned for announcements about informational webinars scheduled for
early March. Learning about the new features, functions, and cataloging
screens of SAHARA Shared Shelf will make it much easier to use.
