Last-minute call for participants for a roundtable at ASEEES 2015

Hello, members of the SHERA listserv:


I am looking for participants for a roundtable to discuss Evgeny Tsimbal's new film "In Search of a Lost Paradise" [В поисках потерянного рая].  Alexander Smoljanski, its script writer and producer, wants to screen it at the upcoming ASEEES convention in November.  The film is dedicated to the Lianozovo Group of Moscow non-conformist artists, in particular Valentina Kropivnitskaya.  It has interviews with Kropivnitskaya's husband, Oskar Rabin, as well as Oleg Tselkov, Vladimir Yankilevsky, and Kira Sapgir, among others.  The film is 40 minutes long and promises to be captivating, as it will show many previously unseen works by Kropivnitskaya from Oskar Rabin's Parisian studio and rare photographs from Rabin and Vladimir Sychev's archives.
