Since everything is metaphorical, that's kind of tough to answer. Mike and Bob were partners, and there still is a connection between them. Their link was established through the "consumption" of garmonbozia. Maybe he's really asking for his own, in order to sever himself from Bob. I think the real question here is, what the hell does the Dwarf want with Leland's garmonbozia?
