I'm not sure about that, though. When they made FWWM, TP had been
canceled for a while already, right? I don't think Judy had anything to
do with the series. Perhaps she was part of something that Lynch had to
cut from FWWM, or it's just another one of those things we will just
never know... Someone once said Judy was just part of Lynch's
fascination with "The Wizard of Oz" and just wanted to use that name. It
had nothing to do with anything. *shrug* Only Lynch knows.
